ray-extra software package provides Scripts and XSL sheets for post-processing for ray de novo assembler, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ray-extra
ray-extra is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ray-extra package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ray-extra *
You will get with ray-extra package name, version, architecture and description in a table
